Marin On Ice – Marin County’s only holiday skating rink – opens to the public on Saturday, November 10th, 2012. Join us for a great winter of outdoor ice skating!
Located at the Northgate Mall in San Rafael, the outdoor ice rink features real ice, and hosts daily ice skating, birthday parties,
private ice time, and special events. Marin On Ice is sure to become a Marin holiday tradition for years to come!
Marin On Ice features almost 5,000 square feet of real ice, and is centrally located in San Rafael. Skaters will be able to skate in the sunshine during the day, and under the stars and lights at night. The rink will be open daily from November 10th, 2012 to January 13th, 2013. Some of the special programming at the rink includes “Mommy and Me” skating time geared toward young children and their parents, “Rock the Rink” on Friday nights, and special promotions for “Family Night” on
Tuesdays.
Skating is only $15 per person, and includes skate rental. Private ice cabanas are available for rental, as well as “Skate Buddies” to assist beginners.
